Former Cincinnati Bengals cheerleading co-captain and former high school teacher Sarah Jones is flaunting her relationship with her former student and alleged sex victim-turned-boyfriend Cody York.

She posted plenty of photos of the two of them on her new Facebook page a little over two months after she confessed to having a sexual relationship with York while she was his English teacher.

The timing is interesting, especially since Jones posted the photos shortly before her court case against TheDirty.com. She’s suing the website for $11 million for defamation and invasion of privacy. That case ended in a mistrial in January.

Jones set up her Facebook page on Dec. 30. It includes a profile photo of Jones wearing her Cincinnati Ben-Gals cheerleading outfit, as well several photos of Jones and York kissing and looking very much like a couple.

Jones’ Facebook page says that she’s in a relationship with York. York’s Facebook page says that he’s in a relationship with Jones and also includes photos of the couple.

Last October, the 27-year-old Jones confessed in court to having sex with York when he was 17 and her student at Dixie Heights High School in Northern Kentucky. She originally denied the allegations. The October court hearing was the first time the world saw her holding hands with the teenager and football player.

“I began a romantic relationship while he was a student and I was in a position of authority,” Jones said in court.

York, now 18, never cooperated in the criminal investigation. He’s now a student at Northern Kentucky University.

Jones pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct and custodial interference. She avoided jail time and doesn’t have to register as a sex offender. She’s on probation for five years. Early in February, she violated the terms of her probation and will have to wear an electronic monitor.

Jones isn’t allowed to teach again and the court sealed the steamy text messages that she sent to York when he was her student.

“Steamy? They were steamy. I’ve teased Sarah about them because I had to read them,” Jones’ attorney Eric Deters said.

Jones, who is barred from working as a teacher, now works for Deters’ law firm. And it looks like her relationship with her boyfriend, who is nine years younger, is going strong.
