NFL free agent and former Carolina Panthers tight end Jeremy Shockey might have to shell out more than $15,000 for allegedly posting a photo on Instagram of estranged wife Daniela Cortazar-Shockey’s bare butt.
According to TMZ, Daniela Cortazar-Shockey claims Jeremy Shockey violated a privacy provision in their prenup by posting the naked picture long after they split up.
The image has been removed from Jeremy’s social media accounts. Daniela is also asking the court to force Jeremy to stop posting about her on the Internet.
Jeremy Shockey filed for divorce late last year claiming the marriage was “irretrievably broken.” The couple married in May 2012 and separated last October.
Daniela Cortazar-Shockey just filed legal documents contesting their prenup, which leaves her with no money in the event of a divorce.
Daniela claims she’s still entitled to temporary alimony and legal fees under Florida law.
And, of course, she wants some extra money because Shockey reportedly showed off her tight end.

May to October? Wow, like a High School BF/GF relationship. Who would marry Shockey anyway, perhaps this was a Vegas drive up wedding after being liquored up 2am in the morning driving up to the window and ordering wedding wows like you would a Big Mac at McDonalds.
